As soon as the order is dispatched the customer is informed through an email and will be sent a tracking code. You are well-advised to keep track of your order when it is on its way and in case you were not available to receive the order when it came to you, you may contact the courier service directly and ask them to drop your order at the given location again.
The tracking code given to you will have a digit-based tracking number that will have the dispatching date and the expected date of delivery on it.
Possible Shipping Scenarios
If you are not available to receive the parcel multiple times then the courier service will eventually discard the parcel in which case our company or the courier service will not be responsible for the loss of your product and money.
If you have ordered more than one product we try to dispatch and send all of the items together in one delivery, however, there are exceptions when sending multiple orders in two to three shipments, particularly due to time gaps between different orders and customization details.
We may not be able to ship the orders to the following addresses: APO, FPO, and PO Box, due to the safety risks

Delivery Time
As soon as we manufacture and pack the products ordered by the customers, the orders are dispatched right away. The recorded dispatch time for the orders is 8-9 days maximum, however, the orders that are customized items might take quite a long time, and it can at least take up to 20 days (about 3 weeks) before dispatch.
In case your order is not dispatched within 25 days (about 3 and a half weeks), you can request a refund or ask for help from our customer support services. In addition, to keep our customers in touch with their orders, we notify them via email so that they can keep track of the delivery with the tracking code provided by us.

Exceptions to our Return & Refund Policy:
- Change of Mind: Once the package is shipped, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind.
- Order Cancellation: If you request a refund more than 2 business days after placing an order, we can only provide an 80% refund as orders are sent for production immediately.
- Size Issues: To avoid size-related returns, we encourage you to email or WhatsApp us before placing an order to ensure a perfect fit. Please note that a full refund will not be provided for size issues since the size is confirmed after placing an order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
- Time Limit: Refunds can only be requested within 7 business days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds after this period.
- Customized Jackets: Please note that customized jackets are made uniquely for you based on your specifications. Due to their personalized nature, we are unable to offer refunds for these items.
Shipping Costs: Please note that the shipping cost paid during delivery is not refundable. If you’re not eligible for a refund but still wish to express dissatisfaction, you can reach out to us. However, any return shipping cost in such cases will be your responsibility.
Inspection Time: Please note that upon receiving a returned item, we will take 48 to 72 business hours to inspect the jacket. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. 😊
Requesting a Refund:
To request a refund, please email us with your concern, order number, and pictures of the product. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you to refrain from opening a case. Doing so may result in eligibility for a refund from our store being revoked, and the refund may then be provided by the bank after the case resolution, which could take some time.
